3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 Tsp. Chinese bean paste, optional
2 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsp. Rice wine or dry sherry
1 Tsp. Toasted, ground sesame seeds
2 Tsp. Finely chopped spring onion
1 Tsp. Chili sauce, optional
1 Small garlic clove, crushed
2 Tsp. sugar
Salt to taste
6 Boneless chicken breasts or 12 boneless chicken thighs
- Put soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and stir in chinese bean paste, water, rice wine, ground sesame seeds, spring onion, and chili sauce.
- Crush garlic with salt and sugar to fine paste.
- Stir in, mix and pour over chicken. Marinate for several hours.
- After chicken has marinated, grill till cooked.
